Good as always. Had a brand new cashier so it took a bit longer but was trying really hard and was very nice. Management should have provided more training. Obviously the training method is sink or swim! View all feedback.
What Halle Cole doesn't like about Arby's:
The order was completely wrong, and I wasn't able to eat most of it. I had also created an account in the app to redeem a free roast beef sandwich, but it wasn't included in my order even though I added it. On the positive side, the staff was very friendly. The restaurant was just a quick stop this time, but next time I’ll make the effort to come in and enjoy a meal there.
The food at Arby's was hot and fresh, as always. However, the fries were not seasoned as requested. I noticed that a coworker had thoroughly cleaned all the tables and chairs in the dining area, which is quite rare these days in many restaurants. Overall, I would rate the food a solid 5/5.
I visit this location occasionally and it's always good in my opinion. Tonight, I tried the Hush Puppy Fish Strips. They were crispy, hot and the breading tasted just like a hush puppy. The tartar sauce is good too! The price point is decent, the 3 piece fries is less than $5. I'd definitely get again and definitely recommend trying if you like fish. I honestly hope they make these part of the regular menu, I prefer them over their fish sandwiches!
Ordered 3 arby's melts, which is roast beef with cheddar cheese sauce....only got regular roast beef...23 minutes in the drive thru line only to have my order slightly screwed up
