I went to this applebee 's with a friend of mine and when we first came there, everything was cool. the waitress was nice, she went to get our drinks, took our order, but then we never saw her again. I ordered a double cheeseburger and my friend ordered the three cheese pasta. When my burger came out (after about 45 min, that was crazy, because there were only about six tables in there) brought by a kitchen worker, the meat was about 3 in diameter, nothing like the picture and my friends were cold and salty I mean, it was nowhere near the rande of the brotes. When I stopped the manager and told him that this was nowhere near the picture, he said: hey, as they come after you cooked it, and when it came to pasta my friend, he was missing. When he asked the manager about it, the manager said: oh yes, we threw it out with you. we couldn't believe what's going on. my friend and I stood up and left the unpalatable eating on the table.

It was luke warm and would have been much better if properly seasoned. The group seated behind us requested hand wipes as we had to do. Suggestion: if we're ordering wings and other messy foods, please provide hand wipes as a protocol. We shouldn't have to ask for them. I was provided a plastic spoon for my soup. I don't use plastic service ware unless I'm in a motor vehicle and getting fast food in a drive through. I certainly don't want to use them when dining in a restaurant. The atmosphere was interesting. Not sure what was going on, but there appeared to be some cultural dynamics going on and from what we heard the police were there the night before. We hope they work things out. We probably won't return to this location. Good luck.

Service 1 star)How it started: Since the time we got seated to the time someone came to take our order was no lie 45 minutes. The bartender was our waitress and she said that she did not see us smh. A guy at the bar had to tell her that we were here at a table waiting to be served. 1 star)We got a drink that was the a special they had for Halloween. It was not that great.We ordered the bourbon shrimp and chicken with garlic mash potatoes. This was actually very good. The chicken was very moist and tender.Also the lemons were old and slimy

For our main course, we enjoyed a full rack of baby back ribs accompanied by garlic potatoes. The waitstaff was fantastic, and the hosts were very friendly. Our food arrived promptly and was excellent. For dessert, we shared the chocolate volcano cake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience!"

My husband got a burger, and our son had a quesadilla burger, which was also very good. I had previously given up on Applebee's earlier this month, but this place definitely changed my mind. The staff was mostly male, and they did a wonderful job. We had a great dining experience with delicious food and fantastic service! Sorry for the messy photos—we were too excited to dig in first!
