It's a cute little place... read more I enjoy desserts, and usually look for new places to try. I was in Ajman with my family, and chose to try out Floe for their desserts. It's a cute little place and can literally accommodate four people at a time. For one, the staff wasn't able to communicate in English and lack knowledge of what they are selling. We asked for suggestions, and were told their best seller is the Soft Cookie We ordered the Soft Cookie, Toblerone Crepe and a Mango Ice Cream. The crepe was good, could use a little extra filling. The Mango Ice Cream was the best and hit the spot. The Soft Cookie was nowhere close to soft. It seemed overbaked and gotten hard over time. The manager did acknowledge and gave us a discount on our bill. If you are charging such high prices, at least make it worthwhile.
