My wife and I have eaten two times at this restaurant, once for dinner and the second time for lunch. For dinner, my wife ordered a lasagna and I ordered a pizza. For lunch, my wife ordered a soup and I had a panini. We were very pleased with the food both times. The staff is very friendly and the service was very good. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Pranzo:
First time there we had lasagna and it was excellent! Next few times we tried other things and were not that impressed. The waiters we have had were never that warm and welcoming, never smiled. If we want Italian food we opt for other places. But, the location offers better parking than others. We are not opposed to returning to give it another try. But, it certainly is not a destination place for us. View all feedback.
This is our favorite place or lunch. fit front, look at the hills, a Vino-Tinto immerse. it can't really be improved. the spaghetti bolanesa is the best in the opposite and the waiting staff has been there forever because they are. good! there is a bluebell ice cream place right next door, so what might be missing.
We have this a couple of times before the decision to try it at midday. I'm glad we stopped. had the meatball pamigiana helper and the Italian club. both were very tasty and what seemed to be homemade heroes that were soft and tasty. will stop...again (and again)
Bruschetta saved the night, but everything else was not on the ground. Frozen, not fresh salmon with orange sauce, both missing in taste. the potato looked more like the potato soup. it was used in sour cream, I needed a spoon to try to eat it. not back. Maybe they're better at breakfast and lunch. the evening meal was definitiv not her high point.
Dec 23, 2018 Pranzo Rest. After a long flight into Guadalajara for my husband we chose to grab a late lunch early dinner. We went to Pranzo which has indoor and outdoor dining. It is clean and we dined outside despite it being slightly...chilly. Service was quick and efficient. We each has iced teas and My husband had a hamburger with fries and I had garlic fish with fries. The hamburg 135 pesos) was quite large and my husband said very good. The french fries are good and different as they are like thing potato wedges. The fish was a tasty bass fish 160 pesos) but the dry without any sauce or such so I added lime juice to it making it just fine. Possibly more butter in the cooking or such may have added some moisture. We could not resist getting a slice of carrot cake to go. Total bill without tip came to 405 pesos. Was a pleasant and good lunch. Will return, menu is pretty extensive.
Well, what can I say except every visit is a delight. The servers remember your name and the owner when present always visits your table with a smile and kind hello. We have always had a good meal, the margaritas are great, and absolutely they...do they best shrimp burgers in town, just luscious , filled with large prawns falling out of the bun, filled with mushrooms, bacon, and cheese. If you love jalepenos , those as well. I can never eat the entire serving. Hmmmm, I'm getting hungry again.
