This review has no reflection on the service staff who are clearly struggling with no resources to serve their customer. Message to the OWNER ! Fix your restaurant. We have been there twice in the last two weeks and the service staff have had to...go buy condiments or a single bottle of wine! This is one of our favourites to eat. we love their baseball steaks all over the world, always cooked to perfection. Last time we left, nabeby got the baseball steak and I tried the main rib. I'm so in love! now I'm torn as I don't know. what to order next time, as they are both incredibly succulent! best to make reservations! and make sure that they give the cook a tip! he also works so hard! love the personal they are all polite and ready to make their experience extra special!
I heard a little bit of brunos and the cheap trips. since we were in the evening someone was in the mood, why not. we started with very small margaritas and chatting. we ordered three “baseballs” and a series of ribs. I asked for the weeping list and there were none. “We were redeemed”. the headkeeper brought out five bottles, put them on the table and said that these were the choices. I didn't choose, so they were chased away. I went into the bar to decide her again, and in that did the whole restaurant seemed to have only no bottles. I chose a spirit that was in order. a very good little salad began the dinge out. the entrées arrived, but our second drink order was not. both waitresses had disappeared in the back. many armored they brought out to bring more drinks. only a decay in service. my filet, ordered as middle pink center) was raw inside, as super rare. the baked potato was good, but lukewarm, like the steak. the steak is cooked in front, then it disappeared again into the kitchen for kartoffel and mais and then returned to the dining room. the two bitty twin rings were a ring of fried teig without wobble taste. my steak was overrun to the point of inequality. the flesh had a strange taste, but I couldn't say if it was the flesh, or the influence of the spice. the steak was almost 12 ounces. I have wounded one because the plate was quite small, and sent it back to cook almost indirectly rarely. no joy. the ribs had a real chance. really nice, except too sweet. the service was immaculate. just a few small mistakes that made me curious enough to try again. next time, no seasoning, a regular teller, not the poor tiny littleness that they pressed everything on, etc., the atmosphere was interesting. a cozy place with a good soundtrack. the front of the restaurant is open to the street. the cacophony of the street noise was sometimes stubborn. I'll try again, just $350 mx for a big steak. are they aware of the fall knit.
Ribeye seared over mesquite wood to a beautiful medium-rare at 8 pm on a Sunday night for less than what I could have done the same back in the states what else really needs to be said........... Phenomenal

Ribeye was fantastic. service was great. costs a fraction of what they pay to the beautiful places in Central Ajijic, let alone the states. highly recommended.
