Tim Hortons - Ajax

Very disappointed with this location. I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese and there was barely anything on it. I ate half of the bagel only because I was hungry...just unacceptable!!! Food: 1

This is the worst Tim Horton in Durham Region. Customer service is disgusting and disgraceful. Will not support such establishment. It’s dirty smelling workers are rude and disrespectful. There is no integrity. Workers at sloppy dressed. Tim HORTONS not fit for human consumption!!!! Oh your order is all over the place and it’s all family there is no outsiders. . SHAMEFUL I THOUGHT CANADA WAS Multicultural, that has truly changed!! Boycott TIM HORTONS ITS NOT FOR CANADIANS ANY MORE!!

The new pinwheel thing is in their menu. So I ordered it in the drive through. The woman asked me three times, then another woman came and asked me a further two times. I finally got to the window (all I ordered was a coffee, a muffin and this dreaded pastry) and I got my food. I should have known to check the bags because, surprise! I got a cream cheese pastry not a pinwheel. If you have a new product, maybe familiarize your staff with it so we can actually order it....
