Tim Hortons - Ajax

4/30 1:50 pm just came here to buy chocolate dipped donuts. I asked if they could put them in a box (even a timbit box, this is what locations usually do). My autistic son can't eat the donuts when they are a mess and the chocolate always comes off in the little bags. The girl taking the order and the lady at the drive through window both had horrible attitudes and with a rude tone told me they don't have boxes anymore. Passed me my donuts in the little bag and just looked at me with their nasty attitude. Horrible customer service and horrible representation of the Tim Hortons brand. Keep these folks in the back, they should not be around customers. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch

This is the worst Tim Hortons in the history of Tim Hortons. The staff are honestly the rudest people i’ve ever met. Ever time I go they have zero patience and always ruin my day. Twice they have forgotten to put cream cheese on my bagel. Today I got a smile cookie and there was a giant chunk missing, also the icing looked awful, honestly my cookie was probably frowning not smiling. This Tim Hortons needs all new staff, every single one. The hockey legend Tim Horton would not be happy to see the staff that is working at this location. The Tim Hortons on Salem will be the only Tim Hortons I go to from now on. They have the kindest staff and always make my day!!!! They also actually take their time when making the food and don’t make it in 0.5 seconds and don’t forget to give me my food. Last but not least I do not feel safe at this location at all. There is always homeless people everywhere smoking and their is creepy men everywhere. Keep ur head on a swivel ladies if you ever go here but I would strongly recommend to not. TIM HORTONS ON HARWOODS IS THE WORST!!!!!!!!!!! don’t go. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

20 mins waiting in drive thru for a coffee Pizza is a really dumb idea. You should care about us coffee drinkers. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
