Clean!!!!!!! V cute and welcoming and when I got there this morning ppl were alr set up for morning study sessions which was nice to see. They don't gatekeep the toilets either which was also V nice and they weren't in bad shape. Lots of breakfast items but no breakfasty smell which is keyyyy. View all feedback.

What a joke. They mess up and order by giving us the wrong size. I called and spoke to the manager I presume who was quite understanding. However when we go to get the correct size the next day the worker decides to question him on the order, if he has photographic proof and tells him “you should check your order first”. Excuse me? Been alternating between this location and the one at the Chapters down the road east for the past 2.5 years. Singlehandedly, the worst location for Starbucks coffee. It's like someone took their recipe book and altered the coffee recipes for fun. The drinks are 1 out of 5 at their best. Fix it please. This has to be worst location in all of Durham.

Unpleasant staff. They don’t react on the clients request
Staff is friendly however they continuously mess up my order, I was just there and asked for a grande iced vanilla latte with salted cold foam. I waited about 15 minutes just for my drink and I would feel less angry had I not seen people who ordered after me get their drink before me. On top of that by the time I got my drink they made it wrong at this point I had already left and have other things to do than stay in starbucks all day. Please do better for costumer satisfaction.
