K's Grill-breakfast Lunch - Ajax

Me and my brother went to this place last week because we were shopping in the afternoon and the popeyes were closed so we went to this restaurant because it was nearby our car, and **** it was amazing. The store is very clean and sanitary, the staff is very friendly and nice. The menu has a lot of options ranging from a variety of western foods, I recommend this to anyone who's looking for a new high-quality restaurant nearby. The food is amazing and nothing I've tasted before.

I order food from this place on uber eats weekly and the food is just amazing! I live about a 20 min drive away from this place and the food is still hot and delicious even after an hour! There are tons of discounts and great deals that they have that are available basically every day! The staff seem like really nice people from the other reviews and don't get me started on the food, I cannot tell you how cheap and good the food is with all the variety, I don't think I've ordered from another store ever since I ordered from K's Grill!

This breakfast restaurant was okay, but I would likely explore other options in the area before returning. I ordered eggs Benedict and was disappointed to find that my English muffin was soggy and my eggs were not cooked to my liking. When I requested chocolate chip pancakes, I was served regular pancakes with chocolate sauce and was charged extra for the sauce. The pancakes, syrup, and chocolate sauce were all lacking in flavor. The fruit salad I ordered consisted mainly of cantaloupe and banana, with just one small strawberry. Overall, I was not impressed and would probably choose a different restaurant next time.

The service at this restaurant was fantastic, although slightly slow. The food was delicious. I ordered a BLT with french fries. I would have liked the fries to be cooked for a bit longer and the bread to be toasted more.

I found this place on Google and thought it looked good, so I decided to try it out. Unfortunately, when I ordered a burger, they made me a random burger with strawberry jam on it - not at all what I had ordered. I had requested the Big K Burger with two patties, bacon, and cheese. When I tried to address the issue with the waiter, they refused to let me speak with the manager or owner. I realized that there was no burger on the menu with strawberry jam, so I made the mistake of ordering the wrong item. However, the way they handled the situation was very unprofessional. As someone who has worked in the restaurant industry for 8 years, I can say that this place has no idea how to provide good customer service. They were completely disrespectful on the phone and in person. I will never go back to this restaurant and will make sure to warn others about it. I believe this business will not last long if they continue to treat customers this way.
