We have lived in Ajax for over ten years and have learned this location is the better one. The south location shares it's attention with Taco Bell so it's always having issues and often let's me down. This location has never let us down once.We have ordered everything from one person meals up to 10 people plus take out and they always get it correct.Fast, Hot, Friendly, it's how KFC should be!Happy Travels View all feedback.
What Ester Knudsen doesn't like about KFC:
I got 3 pieces dark meat dinner and say it was the worst value EVER for you money. The chicken pieces were tiny. In particular, a triangular piece of white, non-dark meat was 1.5 x 1.5 x 1.5 inches... after skin removal. Checkin was loaded, I mean, it was fat! The pommes were just cold and barely enough to fill the paper bag they came in. No more KFC for me or my family or my friends....ever!p again. Shame on you KFC... View all feedback.
Ordered a 10 peice Original bucket and all the thighs were smaller than the drum sticks! The waiter explained that KFC is now cutting their thighs in half!
Small portions of the mashed potato bowl. For some reason they were stingy with the ketchup. Everything else seemed like what one would expect from this particular fast food joint.
I don't know what happened to KFC over time. The Colonel would have a fit-he believed in quality control. I've been to KFC twice this year, Ajax and Pickering, and both visits were bad. #1. Ajax. Ordered a 2 piece meal and was told it would cost $1 extra because wings are considered white meat! Really? When the wings came (I don't know how long they had been kicking around) they had been reheated at least once. Don't get me wrong, I used to love KFC, and the best location that I've found is In Beijing.(hard to believe)
Was looking for a quick place to grab lunch so rolled through the drive thru at KFC.
As a quick meal it works but money and taste wise KFC only gets worse. Even reheating a piece in the microwave shocked me when oil poured from the chicken.
