KFC warehouse on 15 Westney Heights Kingston Street is the worst place to order. Nobody picks up the phone! I called the customer service line today, talking to someone who said his name was Randall!! He's the worst customer service ever.... In the past, I should be refunded my money for an order that was placed and never got a refund. Randall said he works for KFC customer service and does not care how I feel as a customer! I should take this with the shop manager!! He was very rude and irresistible!! Worst chicken! Bad service in 30 years of my life!!
I ordered 18 pieces of chicken tenders and received small pieces of chicken, predominantly dark meat wings and drumsticks. I also only received 2 small portions of potato salad instead of the large bowl I was expecting. Additionally, I received half a box of cold fries with no seasoning or napkins included. I placed my order online, which stated it would be ready in 30 minutes, but I ended up waiting 23 minutes in the store before calling to inquire about my order. Overall, I was incredibly dissatisfied with the service.
I got 3 pieces dark meat dinner and say it was the worst value EVER for you money. The chicken pieces were tiny. In particular, a triangular piece of white, non-dark meat was 1.5 x 1.5 x 1.5 inches... after skin removal. Checkin was loaded, I mean, it was fat! The pommes were just cold and barely enough to fill the paper bag they came in. No more KFC for me or my family or my friends....ever!p again. Shame on you KFC in Ajax! Disgusting!
I usually don't order food delivery, but I decided to try it because I was craving chicken and macaroni salad from KFC. I placed the order on their website for $40 including tax. After waiting for an hour, I realized my order hadn't arrived. When I called the store, I was informed that they don't handle deliveries and I should have used Skip the Dishes instead. Despite paying for my order, it never arrived and they claimed it was canceled. After contacting the main office and providing proof of payment, I was told they would notify the store manager. Several days passed and I didn't receive any updates. When I called the store, the manager I spoke to was unhelpful and refused to refund my money. Frustrated, I contacted the headquarters and requested a callback and some form of compensation, but received no response. It has been three days and I am extremely disappointed with KFC's customer service.
I tried calling three times to place an order totalling around $75, but was unable to do so. I hoped that different person would answer each time, but unfortunately the lady who answered spoke very quietly and had limited English skills, making it difficult to communicate and place my order. It was frustrating to encounter this barrier when trying to order from the restaurant.
