What Elva Mitchell doesn't like about Halibut Time Fish Chips:
I phoned ahead to order fish and chips and I was asked to come in the back door and pay cash. He said the debit machine was down, ok that seems normal, it happens. The back door part was weird, but I told the guy to hold on a sec to make sure I had the cash. I came back to let him know it was no problem and he hung up. So fine, that's the last time I call.
