I remember Freshii once had an excellent green smoothie on their menu years ago, but unfortunately, that's no longer the case. This smoothie was almost undrinkable. Additionally, there was barely any foot traffic in the store, making me question the purpose of this location.

I’ve ordered several times, and neither my friends nor I could finish our meals because the food just wasn’t enjoyable. The recipes definitely need an update because Freshii has the potential to be a great spot!

Every time... read more I haven't eaten in at Freshii, but I've ordered through DoorDash and had an excellent experience. Their vegan and vegetarian options are outstanding. Every time I've ordered, they've been generous with quinoa and extra veggies upon request, and I've never had any problems.

However, when I visited the store, I was informed that it ended in... read more I called to inquire about happy hour for smoothies, and they confirmed it was from 2 to 5 PM. However, when I visited the store, I was informed that it ended in the summer, which was strange since they had said on the phone that it was still ongoing. My local Freshii still offers it. Additionally, the smoothie I ordered tasted way off. Having worked at Freshii a few years ago, I’m familiar with their flavor profiles, and this one felt watered down and lacked the usual consistency. On a positive note, they did issue me a refund when I brought up my concerns.

M... read more The staff was extremely rude. As an Uber driver, I was refused my delivery because I couldn't bring my insulated bag inside since I already had pizza with me. Meanwhile, my order was left sitting on the counter. Some restaurants forget that Uber drivers need to eat too. I definitely won’t be returning or accepting any deliveries from them in the future. It was a waste of my time and gas, and I won’t be going through that again.
