I purchased a ticket to an event and was denied... read more WHERE IS THE ZERO STARS OPTION???? DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had! I purchased a ticket to an event and was denied entry by the staff and owners. First, they rudely asked for my ticket, and when I showed it to them, they claimed that no one was allowed to come in or out. Meanwhile, I watched people I had met outside go back inside without any issues. When I inquired about why some were allowed entry and I wasn’t, they told me the event was ending, even though I saw others still inside (thank you, social media!). I will NEVER support this place again. The staff was extremely rude and discriminatory. They were happy to take my money, but when they saw who I was, they decided they didn’t want me there. They can say whatever they want since they refused to give a refund or any compensation. The only conclusion I can draw is that they didn't like the color of my skin or the way my hair curls. I was just one person waiting for someone who was already inside. They knew this but didn’t care; they only cared about filling their already full pockets. They are terrible business owners and even worse human beings. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME.

Additionally, they serve alcohol and other dishes that wouldn't qualify as halal, even if the meat was slaughtered according to halal standards.

I haven’t been to the lounge yet, but every time I order through Uber Eats, my food arrives looking amazing and smelling incredible—I can’t help but sing “Ooh La La La" like Lauryn Hill! Everything is fresh and delicious. For anyone leaving a one-star review with negative comments, you might want to take a good look in the mirror—something isn’t right!
