here is heaven on earth. the best gluten-free food they will ever taste! the nanaimo bars, croissants and donuts are faves. that everything is grain-free and sugar-free, is spirit flowers. a bit expensive, but only down. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Choko-mocko Family Bake Shop And Cafe:
the owner gives a great job for simple questions like “how much are their articles” and “what are these”. nothing is marked. too lazy to list food or prices, they write them clearly like all others! Eat tastes chalky, very fake, processed and extremely over price for what they get. only a very rough atmosphere with nasty sweets and we will not be back! View all feedback.
As a type of diabetic and zöliakie I have to give here a strong warning: their low-carb/keto elements could be gf, but they are not low-carb. her $9 croissant made my blood sugar dangerously high until they had to admit that there might have been a change in the ingredients of her supplier. be very cautious — there is a problem with ingredient/nutritional marking here. on the plus side they offered me a full refund.
Very expensive. Currently approx price per item $7.50 However, the quality, taste and selection are high. Unique products, pure ingredients.
Love their savoury crepes! Soooo good. Plaza it is located in is run down but dont be put off. Baked goods are very pricey but good as treat. Their bread loaves weigh a ton better options out there.
As others have said prices seem to change on a whim and the owner is not very friendly. Its like shes doing u a favour answering questions. Find other alternatives.
Items can be pricy but the assurance that you’ll have a tasty GF DF treat every time is work the . Let’s face it, the expensive certified GF ingredients and craftsmanship warrant the value!
