My favourite chatime location across the GTA. Staff are always very nice. Cleanest location I've ever seen. The best thing about this location is the consistency in the drinks.
If you like bubble tea or even if u don't, u will love this place. So many options with flavors, milk or no milk, sugar level or even no sugar. I love the brown sugar pearl tea and also their mango smoothie.
Horrendously slow, over 30 mins didn't get my drink yet, 20 customers here waiting on their drinks and its not like a bunch of people came in at the same time just over 30 mins. One of the employees was doing basically nothing while the 2 others weretaking orders and making the drinks (still extremely slow making even 1 drink). I'm now late for work cause I thought I'd beable to get my drink in 5 mins
Placed a mobile order on a quiet evening at chatime. Waited over 15 minutes for my order, just to find out that it was ready the entire time and behind the counter. Employees saw us sitting and waiting but didn?t even bother checking with us. Until Inoticed multiple customers that came in afterwards receive their orders before us, I went up and asked.
Great taste. Good staff. Quick service. Nice ambience. I recommend going here if you want to get a quick tasty drink after a meal, and if you don?t mind the sugar :
