Le bémol c'est l'attente des plats mais la qualité et le goût sont là !! Alors à faire et à refaire!! Et puis, on est en vacance, on a tous notre temps. A l'année pro haine avec plaisir

Nous retournons régulièrement au Caprice car nous apprécions particulièrement la qualité des produits utilisés pour l'élaboration de plats originaux dans la pur... read more Nous retournons régulièrement au Caprice car nous apprécions particulièrement la qualité des produits utilisés pour l'élaboration de plats originaux dans la pure tradition de la cuisine du Sud-Ouest (nous avons vécu 10 ans dans le Sud-Ouest) avec une touche de gastronomie corse. Christine et Nicolas (mère et fils) vous accueillent chaleureusement dans ce petit établissement à l'ambiance feutrée où l'on découvre une carte toujours renouvelée en fonction des produits de saison. Le foie gras fait maison reste exceptionnel décliné en plusieurs versions (traditionnel, poêlé ou mil-cuit) et la brochette de magret une pure merveille. Les déserts maison permettent de terminer sur une touche sucrée délicate et raffinée.

This family-run restaurant. christine the chef is helped by her son to get around the service offers inside and outside tables in a tiny passage in the back hot... read more This family-run restaurant. christine the chef is helped by her son to get around the service offers inside and outside tables in a tiny passage in the back hotel du golfe in the heart of ajaccio (southwest of corsika.) there. not in sight, but a beautiful atmosphere in the inner with the paintings of a local artist jacqueline armani who give a Mediterranean note to the dining room. we had dinner outside. the menu offers a lot of appetizers and main dishes on recipes especially from the southwest of france, where foie gras, but not only, the star and corsika specialities to reasonable trips such as tagliatelles cathares (19 euro) or the sea plate from mönchs,- quid- and gambas served with a salat (18 euro) the wein all the dishes are prepared on site. in this view, if the restaurant is full, what was the case when we visited au caprice, they may have to wait too long to be served. during the summertime, if they are not in a hurry, simply take it easy.
