We ordered the smoked salmon, mixed ceviche, shrimp Pil Pil, and octopus with olive oil. It was the perfect choice as we sampled several dishes and each one was expertly prepared. Great dinning experience. Food was delicious and we enjoyed some white wine by the glass too. Place runned by lovely owners Patiko and husband who came to the table and spent some time telling us about the history of Aysen an Carretera Austral. Don't miss the Merluza Austral!!!
This is a great restaurant. Food is absolutely lovely (tried the fish options only). Salmon was amazingly cooked and so the octopus. Good selection of beers and very well prepared desserts (very very good panna cotta). Service was great. Can’t say anything else than ‘go, sit, order and enjoy!’. For me one of the best fish in the region.
Don't miss this place, I'd you should ever be in Aysen, it's nearby Chacabuco. Get something with their house-smoked salmon, be it risotto, ceviche, etc. Outstanding!
Salmon was cooked to perfection. Service was friendly, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting with a lovely view of the beautiful garden courtyard.
