What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
I ordered a venti Iced toasted vanilla oat milk shaken espresso through the mobile app, but received something that resembled a latte instead. I returned to the restaurant to have it remade, and the shift manager or supervisor was understanding and asked the barista to remake the drink. The staff at this restaurant is extremely welcoming and personable. They are particularly fond of the morning crew and make an effort to remember customers' names, even if they haven't visited in some time. The team is fast, efficient, and offers a wide variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and snacks, with the possibility of dinner as well. View all feedback.
