On October 6 at 11:40 AM, I went through the drive-thru and asked the staff member for steeped tea. After several attempts to explain what I wanted, I finally reached the window. I felt like I was treated rudely, and it was unprofessional for Tim Hortons to have employees taking orders who do not understand basic English. Wanted a 12 grain bagel and they were sitting in the display but the guy said I can’t have it. Then I got a bagel and they didn’t add my cream cheese. My friend also waited 10 minutes for an iced coffee and on top of this they forgot my friends food. I would give it 0 stars if I could
Added egg to my roast beef sandwich, also my bagel had little to no cream cheese. They we unorganized and kept on forgetting orders making me wait for too long
Drive through isn't to bad, except would be nice if they just renovated the parking lot with a strict line direction.Coffee still great.
I ordered a peach quencher which is supposed to be light orange, mine was RED it was full with syrup with no quench it was sour. I got to my car and nauseous, The lady calleigh was very sweet and helpful but the drink was way to sweet. Otherwise it’s a very clean and welcoming.
