Tandoori Hut - Airdrie

Food was really good, we happen to try this place on a day that had specials for takeout and dining for two.

Had a few visits here and definitely will be a staple of my diet going forward. Meals have amazing flavour and are extremely fresh. Prices are average but service is great...very friendly folks. Tika masala chicken and fresh naan bread are incredible.

We had an excellent experience at Tandoori Hut. The food was delicious, fast, and filling, the staff were so friendly and super attentive, especially considering the casual feeling of the space. Great feeling in the place itself, I'd be happy to bring any fan of Indian food here. 10/10, will be back every time I come home. Thanks team!

We've eaten here before, and have never had any issues. This time around, we ordered 3 curries, rice and naan. It just sat like a lead balloon in my gut. This place is under new management, but not sure if the cooks are different, as well.

I visited on two occasions and maybe I just had higher expectations since other reviews were so good. The first time I ordered the butter chicken and it really wasn't my favorite. The portions were large, but the dish itself wasn't flavorful and the sauce was a little runny and thin. Since I love indian food and really wanted to like this place, I decided to go back and try something different. My second visit I asked for a suggestion of a dish that was spicer and got the Coconut Chicken with extra kick. There was no extra kick and it basically tasted like the butter chicken. There was no coconut taste to it, although the color of the sauce is different, but other than that it tasted the same. The flavor wasn't there, the sauce was thin and runny. I really wanted to like this place, but I don't think I would return unless I was extremely desperate for Indian food. The service is great though, really nice people who run the place and it is very clean and inviting. I would suggest though if you are ordering take out to call and place your order as it does take a long time if you order at the store.
