Creekside Chinese Restaurant - Airdrie

We had a delightful meal at this restaurant, and the family who runs it is very friendly. We ordered the ginger beef, beef and broccoli, chicken fried rice, and wonton soup, and all of them were delicious. This was our first visit, but we will definitely return in the future.

The food at this restaurant is good, but I was confused by the delivery charges. I live in the city, about 6.6 km or 4 miles from the restaurant according to Google Maps. Even though their flyer advertises free delivery and their website states free delivery within 8 miles, I was charged a $6.00 delivery fee. Additionally, my receipt stated that delivery is free within 6 miles, but I was still charged. I also had to pay a $1.00 service fee for ordering online. Overall, I was unhappy with the discrepancy in the delivery fees and will not be ordering from them again.

We ordered delivery for our meal. We usually order from a restaurant that is now closed, so we decided to try Creekside for the first time. We were pleasantly surprised and will definitely order from them again. The food was fantastic, although it was a bit more expensive than we anticipated. However, the quality made it worth the price.

We ordered ginger beef from here, because they had the best ginger beef months ago! We were so disappointed when it came....fou d out that they were using half the beef and using more batter, for the same price! It was gross! I won't be ordering from here again.

It took 3 hours to receive our order, which is unacceptable. The restaurant seemed extremely poorly managed, with no one knowing the whereabouts of our order. It was also difficult to even get through on the phone, with about 35 calls required to reach someone. This experience was disappointing and the restaurant should consider hiring a new manager. The online ordering app they use is also ineffective. Our food never arrived. Airdrie deserves better.
