After waiting for over an hour and a half, the only vegan option we were offered was gazpacho and grilled vegetables. We recommend calling in advance to confirm that a reservation is not necessary. Look no further, Ainsa has only one restaurant with vegan options and this is it. A cozy restaurant with extremely friendly staff who are eager to serve you and cater to your needs. The grilled vegetables are exquisite and the calsots are delicious. Everything is very good. View all feedback.
