We booked on the recommendation of the Inghams rep.Eleven of us were seated by 7.30 the plastic in one meal was disconcerting the steak was tough and if my meal had arrived I could comment.Had I wished to dine alone I would have as they acknowledged they had forgotten my meal and no longer had it available as the rest of my party finished. The apathy was symptomatic of a restaurant that served other smaller tables first,and on us complaining couldn't wait for us to leave.You would have to be very desperate to want to eat here! Previous reviews of mine suggest I am generous to those who try hard or try to remedy mistakes

There were multiple issues: 1) poor staffing 2 waiters for a busy restauant 2) inadequate portions our raclette which was to share between 4 was 2/3 of the size of the next table who were sharing between 3 3) Fondue not enough for two. We went for an option to have meat with the fondue. We were a table of 16 and a couple of our friends ordered the exact same meal down the other end of the table. We were expected to share one plate of meat (clearly straight from a plastic packet) between ourselves and the other couple who were sat at least 6 people down the table. We then probably given maximum 4 pieces of deli meat per person 4) raclette was served with a similar meat option. They served RAW bacon on the plate of deli meat. Fortunately our friends had ordered the hot meat platter so cooked it for us 5) we had to ask 3+ times for water and in the end one of the party went behind the bar and got it themselves 6) this was a long schlep from La Plagne 1800 and took ages to get to. Not worth the journey 7) despite being given another half of raclette after complaining, they had run out of bread 8) another fail by Inghams. We;d have been better off going to a smaller, local restaurant, NOT taking the the option of a restaurant filled with other likely disappointed Inghams guests
