Yoghurt was great, staff welcomed me and offered samples, explained the process and gave recommendations. The Toppings bar had everything you want, they even have waffles. The price was very reasonable and the interior has a cool mood. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Veri Berri:
Good concept, not the best execution. Even serving to beat bar needed some attention both times I went. Location is also bad, not easily found from the road. All that is said, the yogurt was good and many topping options. Children's sizes are flat, adult bowls are weighed. View all feedback.

Every time I go it seems that they're out of some sort of yogurt flavor which is disappointing. But other than that the cashier's usually pretty friendly and helpful. The place is clean and all the other toppings are well-stocked. I bet if there was another frozen yogurt venue here in town they wouldn't run out of flavor so often.
Man. This place used to be nice and inviting. But today 5/17/2019 me my wife and 3 sons went in and the place looks and feels dirty/grungy. My youngest asked the girl at the counter where the spoons were 3 times and she ignored him while on her phone. Then in the bathroom no paper towels just a little taped sign saying napkins with an arrow but then there's none either. Not to count the worst. At the door it shows their rating is a C. But then someone wrote above it that it's not their cleanliness it's a class they need to take. Lol. Well We'll be going to the one in n.augusta from now on.
The place has ok frozen yogurt. It isn 't the best I 've had or the worst. What really sets this place apart is the terrible customer service. The employee didn 't know how to properly punch their frequent use card. After trying to reach the owner once he said couldn 't punch it. I later found the instructions written on the card I handed him. The store is closed at random times and will have a be back in 20 min hand written sign on it. The amount of add-ins has decreased as well in addition, a number of the frozen yogurt dispenser were out of order or had a hand written sign for the flavor. I would not recommend this place.
It’s not as clean as it used to be. The employees aren’t the best. I miss the old employees who used to be here (the 3 girls) they always made sure the stuff was full and to tell all the directions on what to do. It used to be much better when they was here. One of the machines never work and there isn’t many toppings to choose from
