Mcdonald's - Aiken

The Lobby is not open 24 hours. The app allows you to do pick up at the counter, but you have to sit in a long single lane drive-thru line that takes a long time. I will never use the drive-thru again.

I was just five cents short of paying two dollars for a large Coke at this restaurant. The person handling communication was friendly, but the person serving the food and drink seemed disinterested. I had to request every item, such as a straw (given with a frown) and napkins (accompanied by eye rolling). The napkins were even dropped before I could grab them. Overall, the customer service was dreadful.

I ordered three double quarter pounders with no fries from the drive-thru window and took them home. When I opened the bag, I was surprised to see that it had soaked up grease, leaving a quarter of the brown bag greasy. The cardboard boxes the burgers came in were also greasy, even worse than the burgers themselves, the bag, and my car seat. Overall, my experience with McDonald's was not great. I wish I had taken a picture to show you. The new McYuck Double Grease Burger is now available for purchase at the McDonald's in Aiken, SC, located on the corner of Whiskey Road and PineLog Road.

Ordered through the drive through and got home about 5 miles away and did not have the complete order.Tried to call back to inform them and the phone rings a few times and then sounds like a fax machine.Cannot leave message and too far to drive back to get the rest of my order.Where is accountability???

The food was normal McDonald's flavor. The staff had no customer service skills at all. The were actually kind of rude. Also kind of slow for fast food.
