Absolutely my favorite place to get a sub. The meat veggies and bread are always fresh. And that pickle on side just makes it even better. The customer service at every locations is always the best as well. My only suggestion is to remove the fountain machine amd go back with the old school style. View all feedback.
What Aubrey Yost doesn't like about Firehouse Subs Shoppes Whiskey:
I have placed an order online and when I came to pick it up, I was not greeted with a Hello or anything. They seemed more interested to talk to a man who either worked there or simply stopped saying hello, but nevertheless I had to say something before someone realized that I was there. It's bad enough that we run out nice places to eat or pick up food, but now Firehouse on Whiskey rd works in this way.wow, and think... View all feedback.
It's been a long time since I've visited a fast food restaurant, and I was really looking forward to my meal today. I ordered a sub with a salad, but guess what? They forgot the salad! Seriously, it's frustrating. No matter if you tell them directly or write it down, fast food employees just can't seem to get anything right—except for taking your money. It feels like you need a college degree just to flip a burger these days, which is absurd. The only good places to eat in Aiken are the country clubs in Woodside; at least they seem to know how to do their jobs. It's clear that the food industry in America has really gone downhill. Another business bites the dust.
People, this is a perfect example of how the customer service has left the window. My family and I love Firehouse Subs, we love that they support our firefighters and the food is great. That said we came this afternoon and we ordered our food and the lady in the register told us that they were from salad and they asked if we were okay before we paid. I'm not very picky about my food and yes I can do without salad, but how hard it is to drive to one of the ten local grocery stores or Walmart in the area and get several heads of salad to make it through the day and imagine that this would have enjoyed a good customer service, then my sandwich and all the other moats that have eaten at Firehouse today.
Top Notch. Refreshing. Staff reached with kindness and genuine interest to do everything to give the best service.

Well, this experience has just killed this opportunity, sorry to say I will delete the app and share my experience with others.
Love their subs. Plenty of meat, good seasoning. Reasonably priced.
