Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Kim and Liz were amazing! Very patient and fast as soon as I was ready to order Liz was there with a huge smile and always kept my drink up. The food came fast and was delicious. Both ladies made the experience well worth it!

I've spent a lot of time at Cracker Barrel over the years, but this was my first visit to this location (I was in town for work). I have no complaints; the food was excellent! You made a great impression on my friend, who joined me from up north. It was her first time here, and she absolutely loved the fried apples!

I had a fantastic visit to this restaurant! I appreciated the beautiful ambiance, and the food was quite good, although there was a little mix-up with my steak. I ordered it medium well, but it came out rare instead. Someone really needs to help the chef understand the difference! On a brighter note, my server Sarah was amazing! She was attentive, friendly, and greeted me with a smile every time she came to my table. It's rare to come across such great service, and she definitely made my experience memorable. I've encountered three wonderful waiters in this area, and Sarah is definitely among the top! So, here's to Aiken – a place that deserves more recognition for its outstanding staff!

I ordered strawberry cheesecake pancakes and bacon with eggs. However, I only asked for regular eggs but received fried ones instead. There was also an issue with my companion's order; he never received his cookie bread, and his eggs were so poorly prepared that he couldn't even eat them. They were incredibly dry. When the cashier inquired about our experience, he mentioned that she had given us a discount on our meal.

We stopped here cause the signs advertised beer and fried chicken...no fried chicken they were all out. Our server was so sweet and nice. With only 6 days of serving under her belt, Emmy did great despite the restaurant not having all menu items.
