Incredible homemade foods, excellent quality of meat and cheese, servings are very generous!! The Dips-Yumm! My husband and I have moitié moitié fondue and a meat fondue that were both excellent!! Deserts are a must, we had the best passion fruit we ever ate and also a beautiful apple tart omg!! The fresh mint tea was wonderful, basically we love everything! What User doesn't like about Relais De Vuargny:
The new owner forgot to delete the pictures of the food as we arrived to eat something when we had to face the fact that there is no kind of food we choose from the pictures. Whatever, we asked something else. The restaurant looks very cozy, people smile there, and the flies have a lot of fun in my food while I ate it.(I count at least 10xflys). My iced tea caught a wasp and it became a magnet for other wasps. View all feedback.
This place has good really good beer tartare, but the other 2 dishes we had were not good. Menu has like 6 entrees total.... Also, expensive even for swiss standards and slow for swiss standards too! and you might die coming from parking lot to restaurant, dangerous curves from both directions...
Don't come here with a rush. You need to take your time on this one and you wouldn't regret. The food from entries to desserts was perfect. Absolutely gourmet. It included a good whine, the waitress choice. The service was warm and hosting. The home waiters were all the time around us smiling and helping in anything we've needed. The price reflects but after this experience I didn't mind to fulfill it and with a generous tip. My family and I went to sleep smiling.

Hello, I would like to thank with great gratitude the owners of the Relais de Vuargny, today Sunday, the mountain restaurants being closed or full, I thought I would not be able to eat all evening, or go back down further towards Aigle the neighboring town. But thanks to their magnificent welcome and their big hearts, they did not hesitate for a second to open their restaurant just for me. I had a great time with them and exceptional homemade food.
