The onion roast, as thick as my thumb wide, was tender and tasty from the first to the last bite. The meat was of very good quality, perfectly sewn and did not, as unfortunately very often, come directly from the slaughterhouse to the plate. The sauce was also very tasty. It would be perfect to serve the food on preheated plates so that the last third is still warm. Otherwise you will be happy to return.
