They are remarkably excellent, well balanced, crispy and mellow at a time. I loved it so much that during my vacation week, I called Cécile to order. It prepares the cakes for order and does not have stock and it is so much better because there you had ultra fresh cakes of the day (petri by hand), and with a little luck, these will still be warm from cooking. For my part I took a Basque cake of 6 people with cherry jam and another original bi-parfum jam apricot and Nutella. Trying it is really adopting it.
