The place is still it's own self: not very neat, sitting on hard uncomfortable benches, very Spanish with the telly on!! Since we are here on the mushroom route we ordered a plate of mushrooms and also chaperones a la plancha. Both were not bad, but nothing special, not very refined... To got with it we had several glasses of different wines; the wine is good and reasonably priced: 1,60 /glass. Next time I'll certainly try another place.

No question this was a great experienc... read more Even in May, a lot of the restaurants were not open early in the week. So we thought we were disappointed to end up here. No question this was a great experience. By about 9 o'clock the counter gets filled up with all sorts of tapas dishes, freshly prepared in the kitchen. Spoilt for choice but we tried as many as we could! Too much to eat and drink, but great quality and great value for money. It is a locals bar too . We tried to avoid watching the bullfight on the telly. A little off putting!
