Next to the cathedral of Sigüenza, in a perfect enclave, this is a place to return and return. We took three different toasts, and all three were exquisite. To top it off, we ordered biscuit for dessert, a real sin for the palate. Two of us went for dinner, we ordered two muffins, one with serrano ham and brie cheese, the other with ventrresca with roasted peppers, and two drinks. It took an hour by the clock, come on, they weren't elaborate dishes for that barbaric time, it was full, but it's not a reason to take so long, the service normalized to low, we raised our hands several times to be served and they looked to another side (what a coincidence, I always get those who look the other way) and to ask for the bill.. in the end we had to get up and go to the bar. Good rations and good attention. they have variety and all well cooked and with quality ingredients. I recommend drinking artisan beers, are exceptional. the croquettes and the squids were great; the turrets, exquisite.
