We ordered Salpicon de Vieja as a starter, recommended by the restaurant, and it was prepared in front of us by a lovely lady who explained the process and about the fish, which is very typical for Canaries. The other dishes didn’t disappoint either, fresh red tuna tataki, lubina with rosemary and garlic... If you’re looking for quality food, little details, calm atmosphere, you’ll enjoy it!
