Apparently they are recognized by the government of Japan as having genuine products imported from Japan and it shows in the quality of their sushi. They also have American Certified Angus beef that just melts in your mouth. Truly impressed with this restaurant and it's one of my spots to take people that are visiting me from outside of the city.
