I had the eier il capo and for such a complex dish it was perfectly prepared. the Bernaise sauce was elegant, with only enough goat cheese rugged in to change the delicate aromas without exaggerating. the eggs were perfectly poched. the prosciutto was tender and fresh. a dream! parmesan on the side. coffee was also delicious. my friend had eggs benedict, which seemed perfectly executed. can't wait till dinner soon!
