I ordered a combi with bark and garnel and the bark was too fat to eat chew. they said they couldn't have replaced it, so they gave me a very tasty garland dish. The...wait staff was very helpful. especially cardo l. that speaks very well English and was very helpful. If we ever go back, we'll stay with seafood!

I stopped at this place on my car thru this city and took advice from travel advisers and it was a mistake, everything I wanted was some delicious seafood tacos... read more I stopped at this place on my car thru this city and took advice from travel advisers and it was a mistake, everything I wanted was some delicious seafood tacos and I had better tasting eating on street corner. this was a catastrophe that the Pulp...taco tasted after I had a little bite out of it and waiter did not even ask if it was okay, and at the end when I told him that the taco tasted he said “Oh good” that is a chain restaurant and I had to eat in his guadalajara filiale much and it is not as this restaurant I had to go after.

I visited family and looking for a good seafood place we chose this restaurant as it was in a good location and the menu seemed to check all boxes. at the arriv... read more I visited family and looking for a good seafood place we chose this restaurant as it was in a good location and the menu seemed to check all boxes. at the arrival we were happy that it was a nicer one. more clean place, we were greeted by the hostess who was nice. our family sat in the terrace area, as this was the only place that was open. there was a nice brise so we don't mind. server was nice, but not very savvy over the menu or offers. had to return to the kitchen several times to find out if there were dishes. appetizers were beautiful and tasteful. halfway away the appetizers was a group of very loud young men placed next to us, which made it impossible to conduct a conversation. the restaurant was empty and we were the only table. Finally we asked to move a few tabs to which the server did not agree so enthusiastic. there were 2 managers on the floor, but were more interested in watching the football game that was ensured that diners were taken care of. we have our escapes near 10 o'clock, the time the restaurant closed. the server immediately began to close all the brands and fans and to turn off music. our server asked us if we were dessert, as the kitchen would be closed in 2 minutes. we ordered dessert. Finally we were there to have a family night. it was then that the server began to break back and forth and stand next to our table, which made it very unpleasant. I am in restaurant and rent industry form amy years. they were in different countries and have never experienced this level of rudeness for the guests. we did not finish our meal and went. it is disappointing to get this level of service from a facility that was classified as the 1 seafood restaurant this day. I will never go back to this facility and make sure that fiends and family do not recommend it.
