After booking, I checked the reviews and found they wer... read more After canceling a pizza out of town due to adverse weather, we decided to head to this place as a group. After booking, I checked the reviews and found they were mostly negative. The space is spacious with a wooden structure and roof, and there are few customers (I think because of the cold and rain). There's a hot appetizer for everyone (there are nine of us) and a variety of pizzas with drinks, and a small pastry with coffee to finish. Overall, the appetizer is good, nothing to complain about, the pizzas are also average, especially the dough, topped with excellent and standard notes, while the pastry is truly superb. Last but not least, the prices are very affordable. Bottom line: never be biased; many reviews don't really reflect the experience.

Waiters mostly speak English, family run restaurant, lovely big size, kids play area, parking isn’t great once it’s busy, food is good, lots of choice and they... read more Waiters mostly speak English, family run restaurant, lovely big size, kids play area, parking isn’t great once it’s busy, food is good, lots of choice and they are happy to cook you any combination of a dish for instance my son is very fussy and although chicken wasn’t on the menu we asked and they made it for him. Reasonably priced, seafood is wonderful and fresh. Recommended, we went every night we stayed in Agrigento and had plenty of choice.... desserts are spectacular!

I had a porcini pizza that was out of the world, one of the best dishes I had in a week in Sicily. My wife had a very lovely beef dish If we had been staying another night we would have gone back there

There is a big outside seating area al fres... read more This restaurant is quite big and can manage big groups of people, once we saw at least two children birthdays there. There is a big outside seating area al fresco where the patrons go to have dinner. there is a playground for children too. During the day it is open as a take away food outlet (Pizza, pastries, even grilled chicken). In the evening the restaurant is packed (better get there latest 8:00, after that is the parking lot full) and the pickup of take away pizzas keeps going.Each day was the same (August); so many can not be wrong. The food is good, quality is average, prices are normal; haute cuisine is not on the menu.
