My sister and I wanted to try two flavors: Bufalina with Burrata, San Marzano tomato, fior di latte, Crudo di Parma 24 months, Pizzutello Semisecco tomato and Green Gold with Mortadella Bologna Dop, pistachio pesto, stracciatella and pink peppercorns. plentiful ingredients and above all quality, all in a frame of kindness and courtesy by the staff. Given the honest prices (I repeat) quality of the ingredients and the goodness of the pines, waiting times in the norm, indeed reduced considering it was a Saturday evening. I will definitely come back because at a distance of three days I still have their taste in my mouth that I will hardly be able to forget!

I give 3 stars only because the food was great and the staff was up and really professional, but all the rest... no! After ordering we ask to have fresh water, and the waiter answers us saying that cold water was not available. JULY. As long as we decide to order pennies that arrive after 1 hour and a quarter of wait. We get out of the club at midnight very excited about food, but cherished by the fact that we have spent an infinity for a simple pinsa.
