They're so nice! I just came through the drive thru because I was craving a bacon breakfast crunchwrap. I took my first bite and realized I completely forgot it came with creamy jalapeño sauce (which I hate). In a rush today stopped in for two beefy tacos. Where 's the BEEF Where is anything but the shells? What a shame I paid $5.00 for two taco shells. And who in the world would give me 10 hot sauces and 10 mild sauces for two empty tacos? Save the sauces and add some food! My last trip to this place Thousand Oaks Blvd and Rancho Road. Pretty slow to make my meal, especially when I was the only customer in their dining area.
Quality of food increased considerably. I love them chicken burritos grilled up. ?
Amazing service. Went to another place who didn’t want understand that I m driving a 44 foot trailer and I won’t fit into the driveway but came here and they were super nice about it and let me in. Also the service was awesome. That’s Waltham you call a 5star customer service when someone understands your circumstances and are kind enough to help you out!!! I would suggest a raise in the pay to who ever worked the Night Shift on 9/5/23. Thanks guys
