Mcdonald's - Agoura Hills

The employee taking my order had difficulty figuring out how much to charge me for extra sauce, and called over their manager for help which was fine if they're new and learning. When I got to the window a different employee threw a fit about saying I wasn't charged enough for the sauce because he didn't see the fries on order, his mistake. He then also calls the employee over and argued with them about the amount of sauce to charge, then talks to the manager again about it while I'm sitting here. This whole time he's using the wrong pronouns for me and when politely corrected, just ignored me. After the absolute fiasco thrown over 2¢ worth of sauce I paid and left. Disaster experience here.

Very like this restaurant. I’m going there every morning. Good atmosphere, nice team, good food. Highly recommend this place.Parking: Enough parking places.

Was told kiosk only. I did not like that.Then I had to ask for my medium cup. It wasn't given with burger fries.

I only use the drive-thru. Frequently the person taking the order has such broken English or such a thick accent it is almost impossible to place my order. It is frustrating and stressful to try to place an order in the drive-thru. I avoid going there now. There is one man who works the late shift who is very friendly, helpful, and understandable. I wouldn't give you a plug nickel for any of the others. They are rude, hardly speak English, can't understand English well enough to get an order correct and NEVER say thank you. Not ever. I rarely go to the Agoura McDonalds because of the terrible customer service. This is an affluent area and the language here is English. If your employees can't speak English or have such thick accents they aren't understandable, put them on something else other than the drive-thru window and for goodness sake don't have them taking orders over the speaker. The food is subpar and expensive for what we get. McDonalds Agoura Hills is one of my least favorite places to eat. The only thing good is their ice cream cones.

I've never been to a mcdonalds with such stunning views of the mountains! We stopped here for some breakfast on our way through to Malibu. Lovely staff, easy to order, loads of parking and a drive thru.
