What Jovanny Johnston likes about Carl's Jr.:
Great spot and usually do drive thru. I’ve tried their beyond burger “California Classic” in a lettuce wrap and it’s pretty good with crisscut fries. The picture doesn’t look good but it tasted great. View all feedback. What Ferne Marquardt doesn't like about Carl's Jr.:
2 California classics ordered shortly after 2 o'clock and to my surprise they were terrible, first the outer edges of the rolls were stale, the meat cold/Luke warm and very dry, so that the cheese did not melt and finally barely grilled wobble. very disappointed because I regularly buy the classic and never was so bad. I wanted my money back.

read moreCarl's Jr. has garnered a reputation for its satisfying fast food offerings, particularly the “California Classic” Beyond Burger, which many have praised for its fresh taste, especially when paired with their crisscut fries. However, recent experiences reveal a concerning inconsistency in service and food quality. Diners have reported stale rolls, lukewarm meats, and unsatisfactory customer service, overshadowing the positive feedback. Complaints about incorrect orders and issues with operational hours have also surfaced, suggesting a need for improved management. For those willing to brave the potential pitfalls, the drive-thru remains a popular option for a quick bite.
