Unfortunately our experience after our last visit was completely disappointing!! In particular we had booked in advance for 7 people from November for 26/12/23 (we were given the choice of 12:00 or 14:30, choosing the latter). Therefore, when a store operates by reservation, the typical customer expects that there will be corresponding organization for the best service, considering the high demand during the holiday season. Arriving on time, we are faced with quite a crowd and people waiting outside the entrance, with the reservation manager curtly answering those who ask why there is such a delay what do you want me to do, it 's not my fault . After waiting for a long time (30 minutes) to go inside, to the wrong table with the excuse that the people before 12:00 who are sitting at the table you requested have not reached the dessert yet . I had emphasized when the reservation was made that we have a pregnant girlfriend and we wanted a window. Instead, they put us at the most central table in the closed area where all the people coming in and out of the entrance and the waiters from the kitchen passed. We asked to be moved to another table further back which was freed up after a while. Waiting another 30 minutes and after several reminders, until the table was cleared and we moved. Therefore instead of 2:30 which was our reservation, at the final 3:30 we managed to sit at a table. Anyway, we showed understanding. We then order 7 appetizers (which we had tried before and were very pleased with). Unfortunately, several dishes were not offered (we say ok, maybe they design their menu differently these days), but in the end, the amount of food in relation to the price/person was not at all satisfactory. Then, they inform us at the last minute that unfortunately they also ran out of oven spaghetti because they served more people than what they had noted (from what we heard 1000 people instead of 600) and that they also took out portions even though they weren 't supposed to! So for us it was quite a disappointing experience as there was over crowding, too much noise, reservations not being kept as agreed, customer service not professional, chaos and staff/waiters not knowing where to go first. Unfortunately, it was very obvious that profit was more important than leaving the customer happy! We personally won 't be going back again, not because we don 't understand the difficult task of those who work in the catering areas on days like this, but because of the whole spray-wipe-you 're-done attitude. I 'm not saying that the customer is always right, but if you calculate it correctly and not just for profit, it will definitely be your best advertisement! These, hoping that they will help to improve the way of service!

Descent Food. Quality is quite good. Excellent service. Minimum waiting time if u wanna call a waiter. These people are really fast . Good prices. Good music. Too much smoke. Everyone smokes inside. Smokers paradise. When u leave, you will need need a bath, a dry cleaner, and a hairdresser. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
