Marias - Vavatsinia

Food was tasteful and plentiful. We forgot one of our bags. They called us but we were already too far away. Now they will send us the bag by mail to be picked up at the ACS where we want.. amazing.

We visited Marias for a lunch after a wonderful day of visiting Machairas Monastery and walking on the trails. The experience was fantastic, everything was delicious, and the view from terrace was magnificient. I specially recommend Tavas a la Lefkara made of goat meat.

Absolutely amazing! The most welcoming and nice staff, huge portions of delicious food. It was full with local families who seemed to enjoy a lot! It’s like a gem in the mountains. Anyone in the area this is the place to have lunch/dinner

Got there late so no Souvlaki left so had the pork and lamb chop. Also ordered Salad which came with lovely toasted bread, tahini, olives....tzatziki and couscous. Delicious and loved the relaxed atmosphere...

Wow! This place has the dream combination of great service, outstanding food and beautiful views. We managed to try lots of the Cypriot specialities that were on our hit list by having the ‘Traditional Variety’ which is exceptionally good value. We spent less than 50 EUR for food and drink, and had enough left over for another meal! Every single dish was great, and the ingredients were of high quality. Come hungry!
