I want to thank the staff and owner of Murphy's Pub for reaching out to me regarding my previous review! Apologies and a genuine conversation mean a lot to me. I truly appreciate you acknowledging my concerns! Murphy's is definitely my go-to spot! The fact that the ownership cares enough to respond shows their commitment. Now, time for a beer, some Keno, and delicious food! That said, I’m disappointed to have to share this review. Over the past three weeks, I’ve experienced less than great service on three separate visits. I love hazy IPAs, and three weeks ago, I was recommended a new one, which I absolutely loved. After dinner and four beers, the bill came—$14 per beer! No warning, no heads up at all. That was a shock. Last week, the service was just okay; I missed a few Keno draws, but it was busy, so I was understanding. Today, with about 20 people at the bar and only two bartenders, it took 20 minutes before I was even noticed. I eventually got my Keno and a beer (not the $14 one!). No menu was offered with my first or second beer, and no one asked if I wanted to order any food. I really miss my usual bartender. Murphy’s has great food, but some of the female staff need to remember that women tip well, too! I’m seriously considering finding a new regular spot. It’s sad. To the owner of Murphy's Pub—thank you again for your response. I genuinely appreciate it. The Face Plant beers were epic! I just wish I had been given a heads-up about the prices. Service has been inconsistent for weeks now, and I miss several former bartenders and servers. I understand these are tough times. I’ll take a break and give Murphy’s Pub another try soon—maybe that shepherd’s pie is calling my name! Thanks again for reaching out.

When I expressed my co... read more I ordered the barbecue beef brisket, and when it arrived, it was smothered in barbecue sauce. The meat looked boiled and was full of fat. When I expressed my concerns, they just brought the same dish back out. I ended up taking it home and throwing it away because it was really unappetizing. This was the priciest item on the menu!
