The only thing consistent about this restaurant is their poor customer service, slow speeds, incorrect orders, and delayed pick up times. Recently ordered online from this location, the order was 30 minutes behind and ended up being incorrect. Employees in the store had no care that they were 30 minutes behind and paid little to no attention to customers walking in or customers waiting for orders. Had about 5 tables of in restaurants dining with 15 people in the kitchen area with only 2-3 actually working. Very poorly run business.. no surprise so many locations are closing.
The staff was great, the food was great! came after a six fades trip and we were immediately helped! the children had an absolute great time and everything was really appreciated! give this place an attempt, my childhood memories were fulfilled!
The service was excellent and the overall experience at the restaurant was amazing. Rachel went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The service was quick, the food was delicious, and the restaurant was clean. We will definitely be returning in the future.
