I have discovered this restaurant since we were looking for vegetarian eggplant dishes. Majority chinese restaurant in area do not have those on menu. This one actually is vegetarian friendly, we ate there and what a treat. The best eggplant ever! Good prices for quality and amount. Good service and nice owners ! Must try !!! We live in Clemmons and don't mind driving there for such a local treasure !!!
Great authentic Northern Chinese food! The best in area. That have fair amount of vegetarian dishes. Not typical Chinese restaurant what makes it a gem !!!!
I give this place 10 Stars! Everything my friend and I shared and tasted was excellent and freshly made from the dumplings to the beef rolls to the egg foo young Seafood pancakes to the eggplant and black pepper shrimp. This Is as authentic As It Gets but for those who are not creative about food they can always get the regular Foods they always order because they are on the menu. But I highly suggest trying all of these delectable treats. And Lee ,the owner ,and her husband do everything impeccably. If you love Creative food made from scratch cooked To order with all the fantastic tastes of authentic China you will love this place. They are true artists.
The Chinese food was fantastic. Where else can you find handmade dumplings these days? I'd return just for those! The handmade Lo-Mein noodles were also excellent, and the sauces were perfectly balanced. This is family-style dining, so it's great to share with your table. The prices are incredibly low—cheaper than a value meal at a fast-food place. The owner even works in the kitchen and came by our table to see how we were doing. We'll definitely be back!
We had an extremely disappointing experience with Chinese food at this restaurant. Although I’ve never tried what some might consider "authentic" Asian cuisine, I seriously doubt this is it. The prices are comparable to a five-star restaurant, yet I would only give it one star. We spent $35 on just two dishes. My husband assumed that the sesame chicken would come with egg rolls, as it usually does, so he ordered them separately, only to discover that one egg roll cost $3! They weren't very good, but at least they were better than the rest of the meal. Our sesame chicken lacked any flavor, and the onion in the fried rice was so overwhelming that we couldn’t finish it. I may be an uninformed American when it comes to authentic Chinese food, but we definitely won’t be returning.
