Farm
Description
Nestled in a 19th-century farmhouse, this charming restaurant offers scenic outdoor views, uniquely decorated rooms and mostly excellent comfort food with a celebrated dessert menu. It’s a favorite for families, gatherings and private events thanks to friendly staff and reliable catering. However, experiences vary: some guests report slow service, overcooked dishes and unclear reservation policies. Reservations are recommended for this popular, rustic spot, as occasional crowding and staffing issues can affect timing and consistency.

This was my first time at the restaurant, and I can confidently say, "I'll be back" – just like Arnold Schwarzenegger!
I was turned away on my birthday after going out of my way to visit this restaurant. I was informed that I needed a reservation, but their Facebook page didn’t mention that requirement. A very young staff member suggested I should have called ahead and smiled as she said, “Sorry to ruin your birthday.” It was incredibly frustrating, and they seemed indifferent to my disappointment. Given the restaurant's remote location and the fact that it was a Saturday, it left us struggling to find another place to eat, as everywhere else was packed by the time we returned to town. Ironically, the restaurant wasn’t even busy at the time—we heard an older couple in the parking lot mention the same thing, and the lot wasn’t very full either. If they’re going to require reservations, they should definitely make that clear on their website for those of us who aren’t locals and may be traveling from far away. Terrible experience. Thank you for wasting our time.
