I don't know if it's our timing or just a big day, but many of these places are amazing in adelaide. I know that I appreciate many of these places pretty much, but I just have to go on what we have. The torrens arm hotel (aka the ta hotel) certainly has a step up from the standard looking pub of yore. the area is a beautiful place. the menu is.

read moreThe Torrens Arms Hotel offers a mixed dining experience that varies widely among visitors. While some patrons praise the exceptional Thursday steak night and note improvements in service, others report inconsistencies, including bland or overcooked dishes. The venue boasts a pleasant atmosphere with both indoor and outdoor seating, and many appreciate the diverse menu options. Though prices for meals range from A$20 to A$40, some guests feel it's on the higher side for pub fare. Overall, the combination of good food, friendly service, and a welcoming environment makes it a local favorite, despite occasional service hiccups.
