Food was good, mushrooms were delicious. Coffee was ok, expensive for an iced oat latte at $6.70. Not as many options as HappyCow suggests which was disappointing but we had the vegan toastie and plant breakfast. Upstairs is super cute! View all feedback. What Kristian Smith likes about The Stag:
Haven't been here in a long time but came back for quiz. Pleasantly surprised. Nice venue. Snitty wasn't bad but could have done with more chips. Mens toilet screen should probably be changed too as it still very see through. View all feedback.

The Stag were advertising $1 oysters, and who can can no so that, unless you don't like oysters. Upon arriving on a Friday night, I headed to the bar area
The last I had heard this place had, for some unknown reason, had closed down (everytime I used to come here it was always packed to the brim).
I never really came or ate at The Stag before the takeover, but this experience changed my mindThe pub is still a pub but the bistro area is quite nice.
