our group has pre-ordered our lunch break for a certain time. from 10 on our table came 3 meals an hour too late. all the others had eaten and went back to work, left 3 very shattered and hungry people behind. our meals finally came. out, but a meal seemed cold and another one overboiled. there was no offer of a free drink or something for her mistake.
